Completely sharing its purpose and recognising its added value, SIDERINOX S.p.A. has complied with the provisions of the Legislative Decree. n. 24 of 10 March 2023 (Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council dated 23 October 2019, regarding the protection of persons reporting violations of the Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons reporting violations of the national legislation), coherently integrating its internal reporting channels, by which it is possible to report violations and illicit conducts one has become aware of during the relationship with the company.
